Experience:
I sold real estate in Denver, Colorado in the 1990’s and moved to Ft. Smith, Arkansas and began my career here in 2002. I’ve worked on transactions ranging from $45,000 to million $ properties, residential properties and million dollar commercial properties. During my time in Arkansas I have achieved the Diamond level in sales (over $7 million in ‘07) and Gold level in sales ($3.5 million in ’09).

Real Estate is not a sales career to me, it is a service industry. My goal is to serve you in all your real estate needs. Buying or selling a home is the third most stressful experience in life. I try to make it more enjoyable and less stressful for my clients. Being a REALTOR is not just a series of real estate transactions, it’s a partnership I have with my clients.
