1. Click on the above link to download the ExitFortSmith.zip file.  
2. Select "Open" as your option.
3. Double-click ExitFortSmith.exe to run setup wizard.
4. You will see the following screen:

6. You will see the following screen:

7. Click Close.
8. Installation is complete!  You are now ready to search!

How to Use ExitFortSmith.com Home Search Toolbar.

Open your Internet Explorer.  You will see the new toolbar loaded. 

1. Enter the MLS Number if known (optional).
2. Click on the the type of property (Residential is the default choice).
3. Choose your Minimum and Maximum price range.
4. Choose the City to search and click Search!
5. The search results will be provided to you compliments of EXIT Realty Associates, Fort Smith.

How to Uninstall

1. Click the "Remove Toolbar" button on the far right side of the toolbar.
2. The Following Alert will appear, click YES.

3. The following Alert will appear, click YES.



4. Internet Explorer will redirect you the the ExitFortSmith.com Home Page.
